Bella Vita Realty opened in 2008 with a simple concept that Broker/Owner Keith Goodman learned as a ranch broker in Montana in the early 1990’s…….The customer is The Boss. We go to work for The Boss and it is our belief that by offering a combination of the latest in web technology marketing and the traditional values of market knowledge, integrity and experience, we can best fulfill our fiduciary responsibilities owed to every customer. By doing so, we attempt to make the real estate transaction a less stressful process AND we consistently put more money in our customer’s pocket!

How are we different from other offices?
- Most listing agents use a lockbox and do not accompany the showing. That means the prospective buyers are being shown the home by the agent working for them, not the Seller. How can the buyer’s agent be expected to know the advantages and benefits of a particular home when they have never been in it?? We show our listings, which means we are there to open the home and greet the prospective buyers, answer their questions and most importantly, hear their feedback so it can be shared with you...the Seller. It also means you don’t have strangers wandering unaccompanied through your home!
- Lower commission rates and no transaction fees. Most offices charge a transaction fee that is above and beyond the normal commission paid. Transaction Fees are a non-specific fee charged with the sole justification being to increase the brokerage’s profit and they are charged by almost every office in the Naples area. Bella Vita does not and will never charge a transaction fee. We do business with the intention of putting MORE money in your pocket, not looking for excuses to charge the customer bogus fees.
- By offering a true concierge level of service we are able to make the entire real estate transaction process as simple and easy as possible for the customer. Every time a document needs to be signed or initialed, or a deposit check needs to be picked up, or you want some additional information regarding a specific home, or whatever... you don’t need to come to the office, we come to you.
